Server Side Scripts Vs. Client Side Scripts

Without getting too technical I think it is vital that you know the difference. Server side scripts are programs that run on your server, where your website lives. Client side scripts are programs that run on your computer. When you visit a site the webmaster might decide to run one or the other depending on application.

I wanted to take the time to explain the difference because it REALLY makes a difference. Server side script is by far accepted by more computers than the former. Why? Because not everyone uses the same computer, Operating System, or web browser. Script that runs on the server is more stable and compatible "cross-browser".
